Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Pinehurst Grove Wellness. This policy explains your return and refund rights for purchases of Slim Coffee Booster.

1. Return window

You may return an unopened product within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery, for any reason, and receive a full refund of the product price. This applies to all orders. Where applicable, this policy also aligns with the 14-day cancellation right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU for customers within the European Union.

2. Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be: in its original, unopened packaging; returned within 14 calendar days of delivery; accompanied by your order reference number. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a change-of-mind return, unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.

3. Australian Consumer Law rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are also entitled to a remedy if a product has a major failure (is unsafe, substantially different from description, or does not do what it is supposed to do). In such cases, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund regardless of whether the product has been opened.

4. How to initiate a return

Contact us within the return window at support@muscleslifeeco.shop with your full name, order reference, and reason for return. We will provide return postage instructions. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty.

5. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For payment-on-delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange refund transfer details.

6. Non-returnable items

Opened or partially consumed products (except where faulty); products returned after the 14-day window without prior authorisation.
